These fitness classes are created specifically for the over-60s & are designed to help people to stay young by improving strength, balance and overall health as they age.
Our mission is to keep the over 60s moving by encouraging them to come along to our friendly, fun, all inclusive exercise classes.
The classes are set to music and include a Warm Up, Aerobic section to increase the heart rate and cardiac & respiratory fitness, Strengthening and Balance Work, Stretches and a Cool Down.
We're not lycra clad, or on mats on the floor, no our classes are all inclusive, so you can exercise stood up or sat down. We have wheelchair users, people hard of hearing and people with sight problems....every one is welcome!
To keep everyone safe and the classes compliant with Covid 19 regulations, the use of shared equipment is forbidden.
To overcome this we are now selling equipment kit bags, which include all the equipment we use to make our classes fun, interactive and effective.
